I.              Reasons for Products Being Deactivated (Locked) or Deleted on the Marketplace

Below are specific reasons why products may be deactivated or deleted on the Marketplace:

1.              Products banned by law or AEONMALL's listing regulations:

Product violating legal regulations or listed in List Of Products Prohibited For Sale On AEONMALL VIETNAM E-Commerce Marketplace will be deactivated without prior notice.

2.              Fraudulent product information:

Product with dishonest information or showing signs of fraud to attract Customer will be deactivated.

3.              Content changes to manipulate reviews:

Seller altering product content to manipulate Customer reviews will be strictly punished.

4.              Near-expiry or expired products:

Products nearing or past expiration dates will be deactivated to ensure Customer safety and prevent disputes.

5.              Counterfeit/fake products or products reported/complained as fake:

Products identified as counterfeit or receiving complaints from Customer or AEONMALL.

6.              Inappropriate images:

• No product images.
• Offensive product images.
• Unclear product images.
• Copyright-infringing images.
• Product names not matching product images.
• Inappropriate language in product backgrounds.

7.              Products in regulated business categories:

Products in specific business categories requiring permits or certificates.

8.               Containing links to external websites:

Products containing information or links to websites outside AEON MALL PLUS Marketplace.

Promotional program or product information ended or products without packaging/labels.

9.              Cold-storage products not supporting cold delivery:

Product requiring cold storage but not supporting cold delivery conditions.

10.           Missing documents, incorrect category, incorrect origin:

Products lacking required documents or having incorrect category or origin information.

11.           Spam or unrelated information:

Products containing unrelated information or keyword spam, affecting Customer experience and impact the shopping experience on the Marketplace..

12.           Incomplete or incorrect information:

Products missing necessary information or providing incorrect information, misleading Customer and affecting store reputation.

13.           Deactivated due to non-compliance with advertising and food safety regulations:

Especially for Functional Foods, Health Foods, and Foods for babies under 36 months.

Strict controls ensure compliance with advertising and food safety regulations.

For these products, Seller must register and provide information/relevant documents on origin or distribution rights before listing on the Marketplace. These documents must be verified to ensure product standards and legal compliance.

This ensures products sold on the platform meet quality and safety standards, protecting Customer health and rights.

14.           Locked for missing appropriate adjustment after being locked by AEONMALL previously

If the product is temporarily locked before and the Seller does not perform appropriate adjustments, the product will remain locked.

II.           Hidden Products:

1.              Brand and Seller deactivating products

Brand and Seller can deactivate their store's products by selecting "Deactivate Product" on the Product Details page. Deactivated products will not appear on the Marketplace.

To re-activate products, Brand or Seller can reopen the product without AEONMALL's approval.

2.              AEONMALL deactivate products:

AEONMALL can deactivate store products if they violate the above reasons or AEONMALL's policies. Deactivated products will appear in the Violation section and are not displayed on the Marketplace.

Sellers will receive notifications on the Seller management system about hidden products and need to correct the violating information and select Update for AEONMALL to review.

• If the product is approved: The product will be displayed on the Marketplace, and Customer can purchase the product.
• If the product is rejected: The product will remain locked and not be displayed on the Marketplace.

III.        Product Deletion

1.             Brand and Seller Delete Product:

The Brand and Seller can delete a product if there has been no interaction from Customer, such as:

• Viewing the product and expressing interest
• Viewing, liking, or commenting on the "Store Recommendations" post with the product attached
• Adding the product to the cart
•  Purchasing the product

2.             AEONMALL Deletes Product:

AEONMALL has the right to delete products from stores if it is found that the product violates any of the reasons mentioned above and AEONMALL's policies, even if Customers have interacted with the product as described.

Deleted products will be displayed with complete information about the person who deleted it and the deletion time for 90 (ninety) days in the "Deleted" section on the Seller management system and will not be displayed on the Marketplace. AEONMALL and Sellers cannot restore products that have been deleted.
