All products must be packaged into complete Parcel sealed by the Seller before shipment. The Seller commits that the Parcel must have the correct and full products as the Order. The Shipping Unit will only accept Parcels under the principle of "intact and sealed" and is not responsible for the contents inside the Parcel if the Parcel is delivered to the recipient and/or returned to the Seller in an intact sealed condition without any tear, breakage, wetness, or deformation, except where there is evidence of fault by the Shipping Unit.
The packaging of all Parcels must include the following information:
a. Recipient information including: Recipient's name, address, and phone number (encrypted);
b. Seller information including: Seller's name, address;
c. Order’s bill of lading code;
d. Order code on the Marketplace system (optional);
e. Name of the Shipping Unit;
f. Warning notes for products requiring special transportation conditions as described in the Delivery Policy, for example: "Fragile," "Not for air transport," etc.
To ensure the safety of the product, AEONMALL recommends that the Seller should include a valid financial invoice of the product, documents proving the legal origin of the goods, and documents proving the goods meet legal conditions in the Parcel (if any). The financial invoice serves as the basis for handling complaints such as determining the market value of the product, ensuring the product is legally circulated and not confiscated by market authorities, etc.
- The Seller is responsible for packaging according to the standard if the Seller uses the delivery method provided by the Shipping Unit.
- If the Parcel is not packaged according to the regulations of the Delivery Policy and these guidelines, the Delivery Unit's delivery staff will guide re-packaging or have the right to refuse the Parcel.
- The Seller is responsible if any damage/breakage occurs during transportation when not packaged according to the Delivery Policy and these guidelines.

The Seller needs to attach the delivery label printed according to the Marketplace's template outside the Parcel and ensure the delivery label includes all the required information as specified in Section 1 of this guideline and hand over the Parcel to the Shipping Unit according to the Order information.
The Seller needs to provide complete valid invoices and documents of the product when handing over the Parcel to the Shipping Unit according to the law. In case there are no complete invoices and documents during transportation:
- The Seller is responsible for providing the authorities with complete invoices and documents of the product within 03 (three) days from the request of AEONMALL or the authorities if the product is checked and held by the authorities. AEONMALL will cooperate with the Seller and the Shipping Unit during the investigation. AEONMALL will refuse to support the resolution if the Seller does not provide the required documents within the above time, leading to the product being confiscated.
- In case the product is damaged or broken during transportation, the Seller is responsible for providing complete sales invoices to ensure the right to receive compensation from the Shipping Unit. AEONMALL is not responsible for resolving cases where the Shipping Unit refuses compensation or partially compensates due to the Seller's failure to provide necessary documents as per the law.
Note: The Seller needs to keep the waybill/delivery invoice each time they deliver goods to the Shipping Unit for 03 (three) months. In case of any complaints or disputes about lost goods, the waybill/delivery invoice will be the most solid proof that the Seller has delivered the goods.
