The information of each product is completely identical or there is no clear distinction in the detailed information of each product, which is a form of posting duplicate products. This can include using the same image, name, description, price, and categorization for multiple products on the Marketplace.
2. False Pricing
Not posting unrealistic product prices: Seller should not list prices for product that do not reflect the actual value of the product. This causes misunderstandings and lack of transparency for Customer.
Price that is too low or too high and do not reflect the true value of the product: Price that is significantly lower or higher than the actual value of the product not only diminishes transparency but can also create unfairness in transactions and fail to build trust from Customer.
3. Misleading Keywords
· Product name containing many brands or keywords unrelated to the product: Product name should not contain too many brands or keywords that are not related to the actual product. This can cause confusion and misunderstanding for Customer.
· Using many meaningless keywords to compare brands or products: Using too many keywords that do not bring specific meaning to compare with other brands or products should be avoided. This can diminish the professionalism and credibility of the product.
· Product name containing duplicate keywords or spamming information: Avoid using duplicate keywords or spamming information in product name. This not only diminishes professionalism but can also be considered spamming behavior and be handled accordingly.
· Using exaggerated keywords that overstate the product's utility/features: Keywords that exaggerate or overstate the product's utility or features should not be used. This can create misunderstandings or unrealistic expectations from Customer.
These regulations aim to ensure transparency, accuracy, and clarity of product information, helping to create a positive and reliable shopping experience for Customer on the Marketplace.
4. Spamming Product Attributes
· Do not use inaccurate or unrelated information for the product being listed.
· This behavior affects the product search experience of Customer.
If Seller posts spam products, AEONMALL will notify the Seller and lock these spam products. If Seller continues this behavior a second time, AEONMALL will apply level 1 violations.
These regulations aim to protect fairness and quality of the online business environment on the Marketplace, while also enhancing the shopping experience for Customer.
