This “Types of AEONMALL Vietnam E-commerce Marketplace Fees” (“Fee Schedule”) is applied for Member when trading on the Marketplace.
This Fee Schedule is an integral part of the Regulation on operation of Website/Application Providing AEONMALL Vietnam E-Commerce Service, Terms of Use, and E-commerce Service Contract, and may be amended and supplemented from time to time.
Unless otherwise provided in this Fee Schedule, capitalized terms, words, and phrases in this Fee Schedule shall have the respective meanings as set forth in the Regulation on operation of Website/Application Providing AEONMALL Vietnam E-Commerce Service, Terms of Use, and E-commerce Service Contract.
Delivery fee shall be calculated based on actual weight or converted weight, whichever is higher, the fee shall be charged on that value. In which:
- Actual weight: the package is scaled to determine the weight.
- Converted weight: the weight of the package is calculated according to the formula that converting from the height, length and width of the Product by unit of centimeter (cm). The specific formula is as follows:
Converted weight = (Length x Width x Height)/5.000
a. For Order having 1 Product
The delivery fee shall be calculated based on the actual weight or converted weight of the Product, whichever is higher, the fee shall be charged on that value.
b. For Order having from 2 Products
The delivery fee shall be calculated based on the actual weight or converted weight of all the Products, whichever is higher, the fee shall be charged on that value.
3.1. Types of delivery fees that are the responsibility of Customer includes:
- The delivery fee for each successful Order: calculated based on the size and weight of the package declared by the Seller on the Marketplace. The delivery fee is calculated after deducting any offers or discounts of the Marketplace or the Seller (if any) applicable to the delivery fee. The payment of the delivery fee between Seller and Customer shall be made by the Customer together with the payment of Order according to the Payment Process of the Marketplace. The Seller shall issue legal invoice for this delivery fee.
- The delivery for each unsuccessful Order in case the Customer has completed online payment but the Shipping Unit cannot contact the Customer to deliver the Parcel despite reasonable efforts in accordance with regulation specified at Part IV of the Delivery Policy. AEONMALL shall refund the value of unsuccessfully delivered Orders after deducting delivery fee of shipping Order from the Seller to Customer’s Address, and delivery fee of returning Order from Customer to the Seller’s Address. The refund shall be processed with the respective payment method of Customer as specified in Product Return and Refund Policy. To clarify, the Seller shall issue legal invoice for this delivery fee.
3.2. The types of delivery fees are the responsibility of the Seller includes:
- The delivery fee for each Order calculated based on the delivery progress from the Seller’s Address to the Customer and from the Customer back to the Seller’s Address under these circumstances:
+ The Order has been paid online in advance but failed to be delivered because the Parcel shows signs of damage or lost (only applies to the Order using standard delivery method).
+ The Order has been paid online in advance but failed to be delivered because the Shipping Unit cannot contact the Customer to deliver the Parcel despite making efforts as detailed in Part IV of the Delivery Policy and the amount that the Customer has paid is not enough for the deduction of the delivery fee as prescribed in Section 3.1 above.
+ The Order with cash on delivery payment method but failed to deliver to the Customer (only applies to the Order using standard delivery method).
The fee schedule for delivery from Customer returning to the Seller’s Address (VAT included) is specified in E-commerce Service Contract between AEONMALL and the Seller.
- The adjusted delivery fee: is the additional delivery fee that the Seller has to pay in case the actual size or weight of the package is larger than the size and weight of the package declared by the Seller on the Marketplace and leads to the additional fee charged by the Shipping Unit. The adjusted delivery fee is only applicable for the Order using standard delivery method.
- The delivery fee for the Order with Return-Refund request that has been accepted by the Seller, including delivery from the Seller’s Address to the Customer and delivery from the Customer returning to the Seller’s Address.
- The price declaration fee: The cost of goods declaration is to ensure maximum benefits for the Seller when damage or loss occurs. Price declaration fee is applied for the Order using standard delivery method and has the Order value from VND 2.000.000 (Two million Vietnamese Dong) or more. For the Order that have been price declared and collected declaration fee, the Seller shall be compensated based on the declared value of the goods according to the compensation rates as specified in the Delivery Policy, but not exceeding VND 10,000,000 (Ten million Vietnamese Dong). In case the Order incurs Return-Refund, the price declaration fee shall be newly calculated for the return to the Seller (deliver from the Customer returning to the Seller’s Address). The specific price declaration fee is provided in the E-commerce Service Contract between AEONMALL and the Seller.
AEONMALL shall deduct the above-mentioned delivery fees from the Seller's Sales Proceed and pay the Shipping Unit according to the reconciliation period.
Means the fee paid by the Seller for each successful payment transaction from the Customer for an Order. Successful payment transaction is the transaction that has been completed in payment by the Customer and the systems of each Party record the successful transaction status.
The payment transaction processing fee shall not be refunded to the Seller in any circumstance.
The payment transaction processing fee shall be deducted by AEONMALL from the Seller's Sales Proceed and paid to the Payment Service Provider.
The payment transaction processing fee shall be applied on transactions through the following methods:
- Card (international, domestic/ ATM).
- QR (e-wallet, mobile banking).
- Electronic voucher.
- Other non-cash payment methods permitted by law.
- Cash on delivery (COD).
Each payment method has own fee level, which is specified in the E-Commerce Service Contract between AEONMALL and the Seller.
Means the fees paid by the Seller for the Payment Service Provider for each successful refund transaction to the Customer’s bank account when the Customer’s request for refund has been approved based on procedure. The level of the refund transaction processing fee is specified in the E-commerce Service Contract between AEONMALL and the Seller and shall be deducted by AEONMALL from the Seller’s Sale Proceeds to pay for the Payment Service Provider.
Means the fee paid by the Seller for the use of the Service based on the successful Product selling transactions of the Seller on the Marketplace (the Order is in the “Delivered” section and there is no request of Return-Refund).
The operation fee shall be refunded to the Seller in case that the Order under Return/Refund request which is accepted by the Seller/AEONMALL.
The operation fee that Seller has to pay for AEONMALL is specified in the E-Commerce Service Contract between AEONMALL and the Seller.
